I’m Roxana Ichim — Executive HR Manager, trainer, coach, and mentor for HRBPs and tech leaders.


With 20+ years of experience in technical industries (software & automotive), I support HR professionals and managers to move from reactivity to strategy, and from overwhelm to real influence.

I’m also the founder of the first HR Business Partner community in Romania — a space built to support, grow and challenge HRBPs to step into their strategic potential.

I’ve delivered 10+ editions of my HRBP course — a program known for its pragmatic approach and real-life impact — and coached HR professionals to grow into credible, confident partners.
