By accessing or using this website or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Roxana-ichim.com offers HR consulting, mentorship, and training services, including but not limited to:

  • HRBP Power Hour+: 90-minute 1:1 sessions for HR professionals.
  • HRBP Shift: 6-session 1:1 strategic mentorship program.
  • HR Business Partner Course: A comprehensive course for HR professionals.
  • Free resources, such as guides and monthly newsletters.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion, with notice provided where possible.

3. User Responsibilities

By using this website or our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when booking sessions, purchasing programs, or downloading resources.
  • Use the services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with these Terms.
  • Not reproduce, duplicate, or distribute any content from the website or services without prior written permission.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of materials provided, including workbooks, tools, and guides.

4. Booking and Payment

To book a session or program, you must complete the payment process via our secure third-party payment provider. Prices are listed in Romanian Leu (RON) or Euro and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • HRBP Power Hour+: 120€.
  • HRBP Shift: 900 EUR€, with a 2-payment option available.
  • HR Business Partner Course: Pricing available upon registration.

Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 5. You will receive access to booking calendars or program materials upon successful payment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

I aim to provide flexible and fair policies for cancellations and refunds:

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a booked session (e.g., HRBP Power Hour+) up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at my discretion.
  • Program Withdrawals: For multi-session programs (e.g., HRBP Shift), you may withdraw within 7 days of the first session for a prorated refund, less an administrative fee of 500 RON. No refunds are available after this period.
  • Course Refunds: Refunds for the HR Business Partner Course are available within 7 days of purchase, provided no course materials have been accessed.
  • Free Resources: No refunds apply to free resources, such as downloadable guides.

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at contact@roxana-ichim.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on roxana-ichim.com, including text, workbooks, tools (e.g., Stakeholder Map, KPI Tracker), and course materials, is the property of HABIT DSG S.R.L or its licensors. You may use materials provided during programs for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HABIT DSG S.R.L is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. While I strive to provide accurate and practical advice, the outcomes of applying HR strategies or tools depend on your specific context, and I cannot guarantee specific results.

The website and services are provided “as is,” and I do not warrant that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Confidentiality

Any information you share during 1:1 sessions, mentorship programs, or via email is treated with strict confidentiality. I will not disclose your personal or professional information to third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent. Please note that communications via Zoom or email may involve third-party platforms, which are GDPR-compliant but subject to their own privacy policies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Iasi, Romania, unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection laws.

10. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with the date of the last revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
