At Roxana Ichim, we aim to deliver value through our HR training and mentorship programs. Our refund and returns policy allows you to request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your digital product (e.g., course access, downloadable resources) must be unused, with no content accessed beyond the initial preview, if applicable. All refunds are subject to review.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from returns, including:

  • Downloadable software or digital products (e.g., HRBP course materials, templates) once accessed.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized coaching session recordings or notes.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at office@roxana-ichim.com with your order number and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or confirmation email). Do not send materials back to the provider unless instructed.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:

  • Digital content with evident use (e.g., completed course modules).
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery.
  • Items damaged or altered due to user error, not our fault.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return request, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt and the decision on your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note the refund amount may be adjusted for any used content.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared, first check your bank or credit card statement. Contact your payment provider, as processing can take time. If the issue persists, email us at contact@roxana-ichim.com for assistance.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discount are not eligible for refunds. Only full-priced products qualify.

Exchanges

We replace defective digital products (e.g., inaccessible course files) if reported within 30 days. Email contact@roxana-ichim.com with details, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Gifts

If your purchase was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. If shipped to the giver, the refund will be issued to them, and they’ll be notified.

Shipping Returns

Digital products do not require physical return shipping. For any physical items (e.g., printed materials, if applicable), mail them to: [physical address]. You cover return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund. Use a trackable service for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt.
